About us
About lokale.events
Welcome to lokale.events! We are Markus and Manuel, two friends who are convinced that our regions have far more to offer than is often noticed. Everywhere there are great events, creative ideas and committed people – yet many of these little gems do not get the attention they deserve.
Our mission
Our goal is to change exactly that. We want to draw attention to the events and encounters that truly enrich local life. After all, the most beautiful moments often go undiscovered, and real human connections never happen at all.
With lokale.events we are building a platform that makes local treasures visible and strengthens the community. Whether charming markets, intimate concerts, creative workshops or neighbourhood parties – we bring people together and celebrate what makes our regions unique.
How does it work?
lokale.events collects information about public events from various websites and brings it together for regional search. We are a search platform, not the organiser of the events listed. The source link takes you to the original source with the provider’s details.
Our selection of places covers Switzerland and selected cities in Austria. A listed place does not mean that every event held there is included. The selection depends on the available sources, and details may change. Check the date, venue and tickets at the original source before you go.
And so that you never miss anything again, we have made it easy: create a free email subscription and have the most exciting events in your region sent straight to your inbox on a regular basis.
Sources and corrections
Is a source missing or a detail wrong? Send us the link to the event and the detail in question via our contact page. Changes to the event itself are a matter for the organiser.
